The History
A café for everyone
We started on July-2021, during a time when a pandemic was ravaging the world. During this time, the idea of a café completely changed with people preferring to stay at home. With all these in mind and with safety, hygiene, and quality as pillars we started our journey. We laid our foundation in such a way that safety, hygiene, and quality become a core of Cassandra's, be now or be in future. Thorough fumigation of the kitchen and procurement storage premises, regular temperature check-up for employees, kitchen staff wearing proper masks and gloves while preparing food, effective cleaning of raw food materials, frequent hand washing and use of sanitizers, maintaining proper distance in seating, etc. are our Standard Operating Procedure. Customer comfort and satisfaction is our moto.
